We currently deliver within 5 – 10 working days within the United Kingdom.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your Peel & Stick panelling, but if something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: We cannot accept returns of panels that have been cut, painted, glued, or altered in any way.
How to Start a Return:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval first.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom-cut or bespoke orders
Panels that have been modified or installed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery on arrival.
If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us immediately at sales.luxewalls@gmail.com
with photos if possible. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Need to swap for a different size or style?
The easiest way is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
